The CCM Tacks 9060 skates offer a balance of performance and value. They incorporate a synthetic composite quarter package for lightweight support and a durable construction. These skates also feature a two-piece tongue for improved comfort and a Speedblade Stainless steel holder for solid energy transfer. Progression of the Vapor X3.7
The Vapor X3.7 is an upgrade from the 2019 Vapor X2.7 model. The X3.7 uses digital printing technology to amplify the visual richness of the skate. Along with an updated skate liner from the X2.7 model to a microfiber liner with memory foam padding, the X3.7 model extends the liner material though the inside of the 40 oz two-piece tongue. Bauer also made the X3.7 4% lighter.

These skates are a perfect option for recreational players or those new to hockey. They're very comfortable, with a good amount of ankle support. |
I was impressed by how lightweight these skates are. They feel much more agile than my old pair. The memory foam ankle padding is super comfortable. |
Holds up well for weekly play. I've been using these skates for a few months now, playing 1-2 times a week, and they're holding up great. |
👎 Cons |

These skates are definitely not for competitive players who need top-of-the-line performance. They lack some of the stiffness and responsiveness of more expensive models. |
Not the best for wide feet. I found the fit to be a bit narrow, especially in the toe box. |
The tongue on these skates is a little on the thin side. I would have preferred a thicker tongue for more protection against lace bite. |
The X3.7 is a middle-tier skate. It's the skate a player would use after a introductory level skate or a lower level like x 2.7. This skate is flexible and agile and has a good amount of comfort, enough that it will last you quite a while as long as you're not skating seven times a week. The X3.7 has a quick release for exchanging blades, so it's meant to be worn for quite a while, longer than the lifespan of a single blade.
