The Epoch Integra is no longer currently in production, but if you can find one second-hand, it’s a great pad. It’s super lightweight and comfortable but still provides effective protection. I love the way it fits, and it stays in place even when I'm really getting after it on the field. The hard shell cap gives extra peace of mind without feeling too bulky. If you're looking for a solid arm guard that won't slow you down, I highly recommend the Integra.
