* If you are an all-around middie it will work really well. It’s by far the most versatile head on the market.

* I prioritize a super lightweight feel, and this head is slightly heavier than I expected

Building off of the first generation DNA, ECD had designed this head to be for all positions from the offensive midfielder to the hard-hitting defenseman. The material of this head helps it hold its shape and improve its durability. It’s lighter compared to the first generation. The DNA 2.0 might not be the flashiest, but it feels like a reliable workhorse that you can count on to get the job done.

* This lacrosse head is ideal for faceoffs as it bounces back and allows for controlled passes. The trade-off is that it is stiffer than traditional faceoff heads. 
* The stiffness is good for bigger players as the extra weight and strength come in handy during faceoff techniques like plunges.
* This is a great stick to face off and stay in the game without having it warp. 

CONS



* The biggest problem was finding a way to string the head that could match an offensive pocket as well as a face-off pocket. Took a couple of tries.
* The offset takes a while to get used to on faceoffs, and the head needs to be broken in before it’s usable for faceoffs.
* A little stiffer than expected.

The Weapon X was made to compete with the Nike CEO line and is popular amongst faceoff guys throughout college. The idea is that it will flex the same every single time. So, it won't flex a little bit lower; it won't flex a little bit higher. It will flex in the same spot, holding the same shape with its warp resistance technology. The throat of the head was made to be as pinched as possible without becoming illegal, so right around that 3” requirement.

* The Ion feels light and well-balanced. It allows for fast shots and accurate passing and catching. Cradling is comfortable.
* Surprisingly great. The clear plastic really looks awesome. Doesn’t feel brittle like the older clear plastic heads including the DNA diamond.
* This head has all the best qualities of the Maverik Optik 3.0 with an even tighter release. 

Cons: 



* I like this head - it's light and performs great. But, it's too fragile. I've had two breaks in 8 months at the throat. If it were more durable, it'd be the best ever.
* Used this new lacrosse head in college practice and after 7-8 months it cracked near the throat. Love the color and design but not perfect yet.
* It's been working okay for me. Was not easy at first to string the right pocket.
