The deeper clubface and low Center of Gravity (CG) promotes a higher launch and reduced spin, which leads to greater distances. The new head shape and TaylorMade’s Inverted Cone Technology also gives this driver a large sweet spot for more forgiveness and consistent distance on mishits. Released in 2011, the Burner Superfast 2.0 Driver is easy to spot with its non-glare white crown and black club face design. The driver comes standard with a 45 gram Matrix X-con 4.8 shaft.

The TaylorMade Burner Superfast Drive comes standard with the lightweight Matrix Ozik X-Con 4.8 stock shaft.

### Expert Notes

The TaylorMade Burner Superfast Driver is definitely a distance driver! It is one inch longer than usual, and the club itself is very light. Some may find it a little difficult to control a longer shaft, but you’ll be happy about the extra distance you pick when you hit these correctly. The Superfast also has an extra large faces compared to most drivers. This combined with inverted cone technology makes it extra forgiving. All in all, the Burner Superfast is worth trying out if you are looking for a very simple yet strong driver.

TaylorMade RocketBallz Stage 2 Drivers are the 2nd generation of RocketBallz with several key changes to the original including a lower and more forward center of gravity (CG), aerodynamic head design, thinner crown construction, larger club face, and new crown graphics. The lower and more forward CG increases ball speed and creates a higher launch trajectory for maximum distance. Improved aerodynamics reduce drag over the head for faster clubhead speed while the expansive clubface provides a larger sweet spot. The Adjustable Loft Sleeve Technology allows the golfer to tune the trajectory of the shot with 12 positions and 1.5 degrees of loft adjustment. The TaylorMade RocketBallz Stage 2 Drivers come standard with the Fujikura RocketFuel shaft and TaylorMade’s lightweight grip.

### Expert Notes

The TaylorMade RocketBallz Stage 2 driver has an expanded clubface that gives the player more surface area to hit. The large black and white face is super easy to align. Compared to the original RocketBallz driver, this one is faster and longer. With a more forward CG location, you will experience higher launch and lower spin. This game improvement driver generates lots of center hits and not a ton of misses. Toe hits are often corrected into high draws. When you do have a miss hit, it surprisingly never feels that bad.
