The CCM Tacks 3052 skates are designed by CCM for the player who skates a moderate amount and needs more stiffness and performance than a beginning skater. They feature a less aggressive AttackFrame design that is constructed of nylon.
This provides more structural support than a standard skate construction would. The Formula T3 foam core works alongside the AttackFrame to provide high-level support. The Tacks 3052 is definitely a skate where you are getting bang for your buck!
