The skates are brand new (never been used) but do not come with the original box and/or packaging and are missing the insoles. Additionally the skates are custom meaning the will fit differently than a stock skate, as they have been made for a specific foot. Overall the skates are still brand new and will work perfectly

In being custom, a lot of the holders (what keeps the steel in) can be swapped out. They will feature the quick-release Bauer version, or you'll see these skates with the quick-release CCM version.
