These are Black Diamond Size 8 Men's Telemark Boots for normal backcountry telemark bindings. The flex indication above is confusing, so it's best to say they have normal telemark boot style bellows that flex when needed during turning. They have a heat moldable inner boot (only molded once by me). The inner boot also has a wire lacing system that can be tightened once your foot is in the boot, with a circular, ratchet type knob on the outside. They have four, fully adjustable buckles. And the back of the boot, above the heel has the typical 'walking/climbing' release function, which can then be locked down to maintain forward leg tilt on the downhill runs.
