The size conversion chart suggests height 58” - 61”. I’ve included a photo of my son wearing the jacket at age 12. He was on the taller side, medium build.
Disclosure: the jacket is flawless with the exception of a very small tear (1/4") of the outer fabric on the right lower side (hardly visible and no functional impact). Picture included.
