- Manufactured by Ramonedge (Company out of Finland that specializes in manufacturing steel, used by many NHL & European stars such as Matthews, Aho, Laine, Nylander, Kakko, Ehlers, Komorov etc...)
- Purposely manufactured to be wider than other manufactures steel to fit the holder tighter in order to prevent the steel from popping out from blocking shots, whacks etc.. (Note: This does make it a little harder to insert the steel in the holders but once it is in, it is very secure)
- Has "NYLANDER #88"/"TLE-263"/"RAMONEDGE" as well the Ramonedge logo laser engraved into the steel
