ARIZONA COYOTES Jack McBain game-worn white #22 Bauer helmet from 2022 w/Shott decal

This is a game-worn #22 white road helmet that was worn by Arizona Coyotes forward Jack McBain late in the 2021-22 NHL season. McBain was drafted by the Minnesota Wild in the 3rd round in 2018 but elected to play four years of hockey at Boston College. He did not want to sign with the Wild so the Coyotes made a deal and McBain suited up and had 2 goals and 1 assist in 10 games to close out that season. He has 6 goals and 4 assists in 49 games this season with the Coyotes in his true rookie year. This Bauer ReAkt 150 helmet is a medium and shows moderate overall use with a black Bauer logoed visor. It has all original numbering, Med Supply sponsorship decals, NHL United Equality decal, kachina coyote head decal and a special MS decal that honors Matt Shott, the longtime Coyotes' vice president of hockey development who died of liver cancer in December 2021 at age 34. The MS decal was only worn in the second half of the 2021-22 season on the Coyotes' home and road helmets to commemorate the one-year anniversary of Shott's death. The McBain helmet was obtained directly from the team in a bulk equipment buy.
