NCAA Michigan Pro Stock Bauer Goalie Pads, Glove, and Blocker - Size large Colours are navy, sport gold, and white. Set features a custom graphic from the University of Michigan. This set was custom ordered in September 2023 so it’s only a year old. Pads: size large (35+1). Seems to be Mach build and strapping. No boot strap and wide open knee. Great shape with only a few minor wear spots (one on the knee, top thighrise, boot break area - all typical spots but super minor). One skate cut on the face of one pad that could be glued up easily. Tons of life left overall. Glove: Mach build from what I can tell. Double T with large pocket. Good shape overall with very little wear and tear (fraying perimeter lacing mostly). Closure is decent but could use a little more work. Blocker: Mach specs. Palm has no holes and is in great shape. Only real wear is on the bottom corners which is typical of Bauer blockers.

Perfect set for:
Goalies who seek both the freedom to move and the confidence to take a hit.

The Bauer Mach goalie full set builds on the success of the Ultrasonic line by reducing weight and introducing new features for competitive goalies. With a one-piece thermoformed shin and boot construction, it maintains durability and a modern look. This set also features a new Tune-Fit+ strapping system around the cal area designed to keep the pad attached to the leg. This will allow any player to have the perfect customized set to their liking.

The Mach took what was on the Ultrasonic ( an integrated knee, a very flat face, predictable rebounds, and a simplified strapping system) and then also added an internal calf bracket to give a lot more support underneath the leg. Basically, the internal Stabilislide knee block was added into the calf providing the same support. So the Mach is known for having a great seal and awesome rebounds. It also has an excellent slide and a very square butterfly. The only potential downside to the Mach is because of the extra internal calf bracket, the pads are too square and supportive and the feedback I’ve heard is, "My body hurts; I can't use these."
