Each package contains 18 brand new replacement spikes. These are my personal favorite spikes, but they no longer work for my shoes. They are durable and provide great traction. These packages have never been opened, and are fairly hard to find. These are for the Slim-Lok insert system, so be sure they are compatible with your shoes. If multiple items are ordered, I will ship together.
